Raw soups are great when you do not have much time to spend for
cooking, but still want something special and alive. They perfectly suit for
lunch and dinner. Just a bowl of gazpacho will make you feel full, but very light.
So here are ingredients:

1 tomato
·
1/2 Red Pepper
·
1 clove of garlic
·
spinach
·
dill
·
1/4 avocado
·
1/2 mushroom
·
celery
·
1 tbsp olive oil
Some spices and sault (Kalahari, Himalayan, or Sea Salt) can be also added for better taste. Simply mix all ingredients in blender together or separated by colors (red and green) and soup is ready to serve.
