Each person is different from one another. We all consist of the same body “parts”, but still different.

You can see your skin, fingers, hair and eyes every single day, you know their shape and texture. But obviously you cannot see what’s under your skin, right? Aren’t you ever interested to see how everything looks like under it? Personally, I have always thought about such strange things… There is no way you can see your blood flow, but what you definitely can do is to make your muscles visible. Many people have never seen and will never see how their “rectus abdominals” looks like. I have always wanted to check the actually shape of my muscles through its visibility. I’ve seen tons of pictures of other people having different abs, but I always wanted to see mine. My body is going through the  transformation process and to SEE the shape of MY muscles is really satisfying.

 

Of course you can examine it with modern medical equipment scanning you inside out. But let’s say you’ve never tried strawberries before and now you want to try how they tastes like, so would you try a factory-made strawberry yogurt instead of actually going and trying fresh, sweet and great smelling strawberries?

So stay curious and motivated. Make a little effort to learn more about yourself. Nowadays, we learn so much about science, technology and business, but we know so less about ourselves.
