Georgian Phali

Georgian Phali


Here is the recipe of my own raw variation of famous Georgian appetizer called “Phali”. It is so creamy and so delicious.
Ingredients (for 3 portions):

3 mushrooms
30g of dill
2 clove of garlic
1/3 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of kale
1.5 cup of spinach
1/2 avocado
1/3 cup of raw Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup Sprouted Kamut
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Simply grind all ingredients in a blender and twist the balls of this mix.
This delicious appetizer has such great qualities as:
  • No cholesterol
  • Very low in sodium
  • Low in sugar
  • High in iron
  • High in manganese
  • High in magnesium
  • High in selenium
  • Very high in vitamin A
  • Very high in vitamin B6
  • High in vitamin C
